Me & my nana visited this store to book a holiday to Florida next year and Megan who helped us book our holiday was amazing. She was friendly and answered all of our questions. She made sure we got the best deal and went out of her way to recommend things we should do while we are there as she has been before. Definitely will be going back to her for future holiday bookings.

Definitely book through TUI Leeds?Great friendly staff, Lovely shop. We personally dealt with Shelly who was amazing, Listened to what we wanted and got us the holiday we asked for, all for a great price! BUREAU 5* A great new store, bright and breezy and the staff reflect this - everyone is so welcoming. The service is great and nothing seems too much to deal with. Recently, Eletia supported me with my foreign currency and she was able to give me advice on using debit and credit cards abroad which was invaluable. It must be noted, whenever the staff are busy with other customers they always acknowledge new customers which is brilliant.

Shelly has booked our holidays for over 20 years. She always takes time to listen to what we want and never fails to find the right holiday for us. Every holiday has been unique and exactly what we hoped for. She's also supported us in booking trips, transfers and airport carparking.

We called in to discuss booking a holiday for next year, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, we did not have any idea where we wanted to go but the staff help us find the holiday of our dreams.Thanks to all the staff, I would recommend this office to anyone wanting help to book a great holiday.

I spoke to Alex at that store absolutely fantastic ! Got us a good deal as a family of 16 holiday .Listened to what we were asking and came back to us within hours nothing too much trouble , very polite happy lady to speak to .We did call the Huddersfield store first and left them in what we wanted and still to this day waiting for them to call us back or send a email . Was going to use a different company but tried the Leeds number and so glad we did .Alex is a credit to your companyMany thanks xx

Lovely atmosphere, i think her name was clarissa or carissa and she was an absolute unit. Great personality, helpful all in all 10/10 she was amazing and helped me book my first flight package with my mum for my 18th birthday. ??????

Kasia booked mine and my boyfriends holiday for us over the weekend and she was absolutely fantastic. So helpful showing us different hotels and telling us what were around them etc to fit what we were looking for in our holiday. Definitely recommend and would always book here. Thankyou!
