Needed to send 3 x DPD parcels, which is a sideline. Really friendly and helpful. Mixed my parcels up and really kindly assisted me to excavate through, sort everything out and supplied extra sellotape to fix labels etc. Given the excellent service if I was into bodybuilding or sports nutrition I would definitely come here.

I made an order online from this company for next day delivery a week has passed and I still have not received my order.I have sent several emails to this company and endless phone calls and left messages, they will NOT reply or answer the phone.I understand the shop may be shut due to covid19 but that is no excuse for not responding to me via email or telephone. If you have ceased trading at this time you shouldn't still be taking orders and taking payments from customers if you are unable to fulfill this.I would avoid this company at all cost as they are clearly unprofessional and have zero customer service.

Been seeing Colin for various health and wellbeing supplements for years now. He is truly one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. I recently wanted to start taking multivitamins again and UF4U was able to source me the exact product I wanted and had it within a couple of days at a great price.
