'FANTASTIC' what a difference it makes going to another branch. Over 5 weeks I have tried to move my existing virgin isa into a new isa with virgin & close my Mam's passbook account & open it into a new current account with the Moortown branch. What a waste of time that was ! SIX TIMES i visited Moortown branch & nobody could resolve the situation ( don't think that they had a clue how to do it ). Sick of the lack of service at that branch I went to this one & both my isa & Mam's passbook change was done in under an hour. BIG THANKS TO GABBY & JOANNE for sorting this out. Why the hell couldn't the Moortown branch do this?????

I visited the Virgin Money Leeds office for the first time, and I was truly impressed with the outstanding service I received. The staff members were incredibly kind and treated me with the utmost respect. Their level of professionalism and courtesy made my experience exceptionally positive. I highly recommend this branch for their excellent customer service. Kudos to the entire team!!!

A truly frustrating experience with this Virgin Money. It took two days to get my banking app working. Sometimes nearly all of the time now it does not work properly. I won?t be coming back to this. Virgin Money did not feel welcome at all. A truly upsetting experience for me personally.

Working on behalf of my mother as her power of attorney due to her dementia and I am made to feel like I am breaking the law every time I go in a d make requests for things. They truly are pathetic and the service is atrocious in store and by phone.

Same story as previous reviewers, this bank?s service when it comes to attorneys working on behalf of anyone suffering with dementia is absolutely appalling. Additionally bank managers (in my case the one in the Harrogate Road branch), refuse to acknowledge when they have made a mistake and (again in my case) place the vulnerable person in danger rather than fulfil their obligations.Furthermore, it is impossible to get through to anyone centrally as every phone number the general public have access to goes to a call centre where one is kept over an hour on hold (on average) and thereafter (if the initial operative is unable to deal with the matter) is cut off.My next action is to write to The Banking Ombudsman as I don?t believe Virgin are acting in any way differently to the worst scammers.

Really poor customer service very often in branch sometimes but especially on the phone and very long waiting times I made 2 complaints over three months ago and still haven't had an outcome i was very distressed when I rang virgin money to find out that they took all my benefit money to pay to companies that I actually cancelled and tried to claim I didn't when I rang up to see where my money had gone was crying over the phone I was so distressed when they obviously must know I only get one reduced benefit a fortnight and they paid money to two different companies and left me with just over £2 to live on for a fortnight weren't bothered that they'd left me with no money to live on and when I rang the companies and explained my circumstances they still wouldn't give me my money back definitely wouldn't recommend this bank one of the most stressful experiences ever.

Fantastic friendly staff! Super helpful, and they always try their best to help you.Update: The opening hours are silly, most people are at work during when the bank is open, should at least keep the bank until 6pm. The opening hours are extremely inconvenient, you basically have to book a day off from work just to go ????
