As a Celiac diagnosed in adulthood, I'm fairly discerning about GF alternatives/ goods. Wildcraft does not disappoint. The bakery is a safe space for Celiacs and they have a clear sign asking customers not to bring allergens in, to keep the whole cafe/ bakery free from cross contamination. The selection of pastries, choux buns, cake, donuts, tiramisu etc etc in the chilled cabinet is impressive and delicious. I come here whenever I can ( I don't live very close). I've eaten in a few times, they do a great cheese toastie, and recently stockpiled a load of goods for a Scottish road trip. The scones were still fresh and moist 5 days later!Dietary restrictions: Very celiac safe with huge selection

If I knew anyone with any sort of gluten intolerance then I'd take them here as it would likely blow their mind. It is a bit odd being totally gluten free and if you can eat gluten you have to get over some of the texture not being what you are used to. But the flavours are spot on and you can easily get used to it. Service and be slow and some of the serving choices are not what you would expect. For example they gave us the biggest cardboard shoe box for a single pastry. But all in all a good place. Small improvements to the service and decor would give it a 5 star rating. It seems an important place in the community and I would recommend a visit just for that the rest of the great things on offer here are a bonus!Dietary restrictions: All gluten-free. No gluten in the building!

It's a wonderful place! They are mainly a gluten-free and vegan cafe/bakery, but they do provide allergy conscious desserts, which is amazing because I have a dairy and soya intolerance. The service was great, and they double-checked the ingredients in the desserts to make sure they didn't have any dairy or soya. Although it would be nice to see more desserts that don't have soya, I think the options are great overall. The spiced chai with aot milk is delicious! I will definitely come back for more. I also bought the below deserts for myself and other family members:1) Spinach and raspberry (originally thought it was pistachio, but it still was delicious regardless)2) Chocolate cake3) Millionaire cake4) Nutella slice cake (very rich )5)Honey comb and chocolate doughnutThey also had a great vibe, and they showcase/sell local artwork, which was lovely to see. Be sure to get there earlier or at least a few hours before closing so that you can see the full variety of desserts. Don't come 30 minutes before closing like I did, but the options they had were still great. I will definitely be going back!Kid-friendliness: Child friendly and breast feeding is welcomed.

Visited with a friend. We both opted for toasties. I ordered Tomato/Mozarella, my friend one with cheese &mushrooms.Table felt sticky. Food took a while, mine came first. Very flat squashed toasted bread cut in half with some salad. (Btw..There was no information when we ordered that cutlery needed to be collected ourselves from the side). My food wasn't nice at all but I was hungry and we were limited in time. The cheese tasted rancid like it had been cooked dead, and half way through I thought, didn't I order tomatoes on it as well?? No tomatoes to be seen... finally my friends toasty came. Luckily hers was OK. I mentioned to the waitress that the tomatoes are missing on my toast and only got a quick "Oh sorry". Did I mention they charge a whooping £7.90 for it!! I then mentioned it to the other person who also just apologised. I told her the toasty wasn't nice at all. Nothing but a "oh sorry ".. We then thought let's give the cakes a try. I spotted a pistachio doughnut, £3.95. It looked fantastic. Turned out another disappointment, the only pistachios in it where the ones sprinkled on top and the doughnut was definitely not fresh. It was stone dry and clearly from the day before. So much for trying to support local businesses. Definitely overpriced and lacking of service and quality of food. Won't be going there again.

I waited for so long for anyone to attend the counter. Not the first time. Food is average but only one GF bakery in the area, so why not. But the service is generally poor. Friendly staff, but try to get served timely is a challenge. Bit too expensive as well. 1 small piece of cake over £4?

I visited for the first time yesterday with my daughter. My daughter is gluten and dairy intolerant and has additional needs. She doesn?t usually like going to new places, but was eager to try it out as it is one of the few dairy and gluten free bakeries in our area. We were not disappointed! I ordered a white hot chocolate that tasted so sweet and lovely. My daughter ordered a cinnamon donut which she really enjoyed. The atmosphere was relaxed. I felt comfortable sat with a window view watching the world go by. There was a toy kitchen that my daughter played with. The staff were lovely, and the manager engaged with my daughter and then very kindly gave us boxes of FREE donuts to take away. The donuts are absolutely gorgeous. They ignited all five of my senses. Plenty of texture, fresh flavour free from added junk, beautiful oozing filling, they smelt, and tasted truly divine. My daughter who is very hard to please is a new fan of wild craft bakery. I can now add this to my list of the few places that are accessible to my daughters needs. We will most certainly be back. Thankyou!

I have ordered few different donuts and cookie after reading some great reviews on all GF groups. As you can imagine as Celiac I was soo looking forward to having something that would taste a tiny bit like a normal donut. However myself and my boyfriend got so sick after eating stuff from here I ended up in a&e. The taste wasn?t anything too great but also not bad for something GF I had two mini donuts one day that ended up with me going to the toilet every 5min for the rest of the evening / night after that two days passed and I had another couple of donuts and same thing happened just so much worse I was off sick for over a day and got so dehydrated my GP told me I needed to go to a&e. The goods were most probably not cooked evenly and tbf I have not looked as I was so excited to try them. After reading some comments I can see that someone has received not fully cooked produce before so just a warning to everyone to check everything you have received and maybe try somewhere else just to be safe. I so wish this place would be great as there isn?t that many GF places out there so it?s just such a shame it is not.
