Decent quality sensible price on most things however Staff do with an occasional smile as you approach them and the stores managers should feel privileged to have people patiently queue to hand over cash!If (like me on most days) you are impatient, bang goes £££ sale, as I hate waiting more than 5 mins to pay. Think about paying someone £14 ph to store the likes of me walking away or feeling frustrated. Few industries have customers queuing up to give you money!

Zara ?.. when will you ever change! There is no denying I can usually find an item I would like to buy in store?? however the shop often is messy and looks like a jumble sale and the customer service is notoriously bad ?. This seems to be a common theme for Zara nationwide!

The staff member at the door of the fitting room was very rude, she seemed very reluctant to interact with me and was even clearly racist. Would not recommend this Zara.
