Great service from booking the appointment to collecting my glasses . The eye examination and test was comprehensive, full explanation throughout. Given honest opinion when choosing my frames ,no rushing,patient, again clear explanation of cost etc. New glasses took less than a week . Overall a relaxed informal experience. Polite friendly team . Would certainly recommend.

A first class service from everyone at Hanson opticians .I recently had a problem and Helen on reception made sure I was seen the same day .Everything was checked and explained to me by Atiq , he is always very thorough and informative and welcomes any questions.I wouldn?t go anywhere else. Definitely a five star service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helen looked after me and she was patient and professional - all the staff are the same. Highly recommended.Went back for my new glasses and Faariha looked after me. She was very patient and careful and took time to adjust the glasses a number of times to make sure that they fitted properly. I left feeling happy knowing that I had been looked after by Faariha - thank you!

I can't recommend Hanson Opticians enough. My son has juvenile cataracts which weren't picked up by our previous optician. The Hanson's team have since worked hand in hand with our GP and the hospital to make sure my son got the treatment he needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Very good service from the whole team. I had the extra optional checks for my eye test and they were excellent and the results were explained in detail in a way I could understand Excellent.

We have been coming to Hanson?s for years, the care we have always received is superb every time. Recently my 9 year old has decided she would like to wear contacts, Leah has been with us every step of the way and has been super, Libby?s confidence has soared since wearing them in such a short amount of time.
