“I use this PO often.The staff are always very helpful and quick to process my parcels or deal with any query I may have.I’ve noticed a few complaints on here about queues and wait times, deffo not the fault of staff from what I can see, more like The PO wanting every ounce/ second of work out of them, the staff in there are always busy & concentrated on doing something so when you see a ‘counter closed’ blame the PO for not supporting the staff they employ! It seems to be a common theme across most companies (like Lidl) these days that 1 person can do 2 peoples work!…Lidl on Prices…Lidl on Staff!”
