The team at the branch are simple brilliant ! I much prefer going into branch to get things sorted and nothing is too much trouble, they are always so helpful I specifically have to give praise to Lee who always goes above & beyond to help, a fantastic team that deserve to be rewarded for the great work and service they provide

i have been with hsbc for 30 years and i now cant get to put a cheque in due to the branch not been open on a Saturday morning even if it was open just to get to the machines as i work all week not very good for all people that have had to work through the pandemic

Machine never works. I was forced to use the machine and it had an error and then they had me wait. Even the staff donâ??t like the idea of the machines.
