Got a call from Julie this week, they?d noticed that I?d been saving for some time with my help to buy ISA - we have no plan on buying just let. But we did get onto chatting about the birth of my upcoming son, and how awful and difficult my pregnancy has been (I?ve had hypremesis throughout!). Today an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived from Julie and the NatWest Morley branch wishing us luck with our little one. What a kind and beautiful thing to do, especially when I?ve been having such a rubbish time.\\nWill definitely be back to deal with Julie when the time is right for us to get house of our own ??

Absolutely a joke locked my account on a Friday evening cant withdraw cash or use online banking have to go into branch now and closed on a weekend fuming by by natwest

Always a queue ..always busy. The coin deposit machine is a waste of time. You have to queue to deposit coins and then queue again to get the money into your account.It's not surprising really because nearby branches are being closed and the customers have to go somewhere. I have complained a number of times but nothing changes. I only go in now when I have no other option.

As a disabled person I have never had any problems with the service I have received from the staff at the Morley branch always helpful to there costumers I'd like to see a faster resolution for service than some people get in there

Rude and slow staff, only one counter is opened other all staff just walking around and looking at poor customer, I waiting to get serve for about nearly one hour . They just donâ??t care

Only reason I opened this account is because NatWest open on Saturdays. I find the staff at this branch to be rude and unhelpful. When I'd filled everything out online, they made me do it again and the system wouldn't accept my details, even when I produced full ID. We eventually got there but only through my persistence, not from the staff being helpful.
