As a disabled person I have never had any problems with the service I have received from the staff at the Morley branch always helpful to there costumers I'd like to see a faster resolution for service than some people get in there

Rude and slow staff, only one counter is opened other all staff just walking around and looking at poor customer, I waiting to get serve for about nearly one hour . They just don’t care

Only reason I opened this account is because NatWest open on Saturdays. I find the staff at this branch to be rude and unhelpful. When I'd filled everything out online, they made me do it again and the system wouldn't accept my details, even when I produced full ID. We eventually got there but only through my persistence, not from the staff being helpful.
