Waiting in a queue at the till. Only one till in operation. Over the tannoy comes the call for till assistance. Excellent I think, we could do with 2 tills on the go. But alas, not to be. New staff member arrives only to replace current employee, and proceeds to the furthest till away immediately opening up a gap for...
