Every time I visit Costa Otley the standards are fantastic. I regularly visit Costas around Yorkshire as well as when on holiday and Otley is consistently the best. The drinks are spot on each time and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Surprisingly Today when we Ordered two cappuccinos , the milk was spoiled and when they changed our drinks, the second time they tasted like coffee waste.

as always the staff are lovely and so helpful and create such a nice and qelcoming atmosphere.but I have given costa so many chances to be as good as people say. there was so much ice in my drink a polar bear could've lived on it and tbh it was tasteless it was basically just coloured water with half the north pole in it
