Went to an appt for flu and covid vaccination, waited 10 minutes, pharmacist was in a staff meeting in the consulting room. Much laughing and joking could be heard from that room (definitely more soundproofing required)After my 10 minute wait I told a staff member I was leaving and was told he was in a meeting. My appointment was booked - how rude to obviously double book and leave the patient waiting while you have a right old laugh!Unprofessional and ill mannered.

Excellent service in a hectic working environment. Still got my prescription thanks to Anne and Ruth. Keep going the shops going to be great. Everyone just needs a little patience at this time. The staff look very busy

While I was their patient, the pharmacy staff at Chequerfield displayed remarkable professionalism and expertise. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my prescription needs were met accurately and efficiently. I want to point out that the pharmacist, Salwan, took his time to thoroughly explain the proper usage and potential side effects of my medications, which greatly reassured me about my treatment.In addition to this, I want to say the other staff members always take the time to listen attentively to any concerns or questions I may have. I wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of reliable medication and outstanding customer care.

I can not praise you enough....excellent service...I?ve been on holiday and struggled to get my medication while away....made me realise how well you always look after my prescriptions...I would never go anywhere else...staff are friendly and very efficient...thank you..I may add I have about 26 scripts per month ....and that isn?t an easy task...but you always manage it...

The best pharmacy in town, hands down! They communicate so well with GPs, and all of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable too. They give fab advice too and double check that the GP has dosed correctly.

Dreadful. Every month it's late or missing and I have to cope without until I can get them to deliver. Often it takes multiple phone calls to do that. Currently trying to find someone more reliable!

My father is disabled and effectively housebound, he has a monthly prescription for up to 11 items that require delivery. He moved to the area in May 2022 and Chequerfield was recommended as the best pharmacy in the area. Every month we have to phone and ask where the prescription is, on a number of ocassions he has run out of medication. When the pharmacy answer the phone (Usually at the 2nd or 3rd attempt of ringing over 5 minutes) they are always polite but have lied a least twice when asked about deliveries (phoned back and got a different story from a different person) and usually they don't know it is for delivery yet they always say 'oh yes it says delivery'. He has been asked on several occasions if he or someone else can pick it up which upsets him because if there was then he wouldnt need a delivery. (I live 220+ miles away). I have given 2 stars for the politeness of the staff but 0 for service

I have used this pharmacy for years and never had a problem until this week. There was a mix up with a prescription given to me, and without going into too much detail I was charged twice for the eventual script I needed, as the first medication had 'left the shop'. (Unopened and obviously untampered with) Trying to rectify the problem was troublesome and the manager 'Alisha' was dismissive patronising and rude. I have made a formal complaint to Greenlife Pharma and won't be using the pharmacy again. The lady at Greenlife Pharma was extremely understanding and helpful, forwarding my concerns on. *update* I had a telephone conversation with the area manager who was very professional apologetic and empathic. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Fantastic pharmacy, changed here after the Lloyd's one in town closed down, I was a little skeptical at first with it being a small pharmacy and not a branch thinking they wouldn't have items needed but I was wrong. Nothing is too much trouble very kind and hardworking staff who do their best to make sure prescriptions are fulfilled. Never had to wait more than 2 days for items to be ordered in. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
