“The staff are very lovely and friendly and the gym is decent, but its overcrowded. My main issue is that there's a million random machines no one ever uses, but only one bench and only two squat racks.”

“Todd and the team are absolutely awesome I'm a builder by trade and suffered for years with lower back and shoulders started seeing Todd around 2 years ago and visit him every 8 weeks never had any problems since I don't know what it is he does but he does it very very well keep up the good work gents and see you in a fortnight ?”
