most incompetent staff I have ever encountered, looked baffled by the words ?Lloyds Pharmacy? and refused to give me my (now very much overdue) prescription because they ?don?t do that?. Met snakeoilsmen with more competence in their pinky than these lot. Appalling

Prescriptions never ready to pick up even day after there supposed to be done always have to wait half hr its very dissapointing .

Always a problem when I go in, despite ordering in advance, but it seems to be getting worse. Ordered my prescription 1 week ago, still had to wait over 30 mins for it and I never heard any staff apologise for the wait when finally handing out to customers.

Shut even though this states it's open. Prescription are extremely important and you are playing with people's lives. Please correct opening times as this is a joke and multiple people have stated this.

Third time in 8 months gone for my repeat prescription to find it shut. Due to no pharmacist present.It is an absolute disgrace must be worst chemist in Pontefract, if not in the County.I am done with them, so unreliable. Counter staff are fine but the pharmacists clearly don't care about the needs of the patients only turning in if and when it suits them

1, Chequerfield circle Lloyds pharmacyMy Perscription is never ready even thou they have had it 4-5 days. I?ve ran out of my medication many of time because this pharmacy never as my medication ready on time. I?ve even had to lend some medication off my friends who is on the same medication because my medication isn?t ready and I?ve ran out. My doctors told me the pharmacy should have it ready in two days but Chequerfield circle pharmacy doesn?t have it ready after four-5 days they just give me excuses all the time like theirs a back log etc.

Very bad service. I handed over my Daughters prescription last Friday .went collect the medicine today. It?s lost.they can?t find. There are more staff for nothing here.

Disgusting "service"What a joke. 10 minutes late openning then told could not dispence ordered prescription or sell any items as a locum pharmacist had not arrived & they did not know when this arrival would be. This is a shambles & they are not providing a satisfactory service. Locums are paid a phenomenal rate & should be on site for openning

They never answer the phone, 20 min iv been calling, not me I'm going to go down I need it now and they will be it won't be ready for an hour so I have to go home anyway, not one person could pick a phone up it's pure ignorance , manners cost nothing and a "sorry were busy can u call back in 15 min"
