Always there to help customers and people in the community. Family owned business run by Steve who is a top guy who would do anything to help everyone. During covid they helped loads of locals with their needs and tried to accommodate for everyone. He?s been there for a long time and a pillar of the community. Any negative comments are likely from those who have been banned for being abusive or shop lifting! They?ve been there to push cars uphill / down hill in snow conditions and if there?s been an accident or someone?s fallen they have always run to help them but they won?t tell you that because they don?t brag.Shop has everything - lottto, booze, groceries , Hermes drop off and even a wicked slush machine! Welll tasty!!! Yes it also has a hot choc and coffee machine and a microwave to warm up ya pies!It is a Hermes drop off shop but be aware. Like many other stores in the area Amazon are showing this shop as packagless and no one - not even the shop can do anything to change this. I?ve tried contacting Amazon and it?s impossible. Even the Hermes machine says to package up the parcels properly. What Hermes failTo mention that shops carry limits of 1m (LXWXH) and max weight 15kg. I?ve seen some struggle carry their parcels in and then expect the poor old shop keepers to lift the same weight. Be considerate guys! Rule of thumb: I may be able to lift it / can?t lift it but don?t expect others to be as strong! They helped many people with their parcel issues even helping them with their devices which is not their remit. If it?s your parcel the onus is on you?. It?s your responsibility not theirs!Online says they are open till 10pm but since Covid 19 they close at 9pm.Always try and help people with their shopping to their cars if they are struggling or have an issue like broken arm (self included) or other health issues.heart of the community

Very reasonable prices for a local convenience store aswell as lots of special offers which change approximately every 4 weeks. Ignore the closing times of 10pm on the website and the sign above the door as Premier Stores now closes nightly at 9pm.
