Unfortunately the staff I spoke to for help and advice (at the customer service desk and a supervisor on the shop floor), were totally lacking in customer service skills. They made no attempt to assist me, showing no concern or interest.

Parking getting out of hand people Parking and going into town to work not shopping needs to be back to pay and display or anpr with 2 hour limit and also when in cafe area all you can smell is people smoking in door way security don't do anything about it should be no smoking area

Staff always found talking with their colleagues and not helping customers specially after 7.00pm. Manager is very very rude as well

I love shopping at Morrisons. Always lots of choice and fresh veg,fruits. Stuff also very helpful and nice.

Cluttered aisles again with pallets and cages left on aisles for staff to replenish shelves much better shopping experience when there was a night shift and not a twilight fill

The staff in the cafe have horrible attitudes and they are very rude. Wait is always extremely long too, it is not worth it. Please be nicer to customers and people in general

One of the worst morrisons I've ever been to. One time me and my brothers mates went there to get a game gift card for my brother and a security guard came over to us because there was like 6 of us then he told u to leave when we didn't do nothing and just getting one thing

Most of the tills are now automated. The Manager / supervisor would not open any more "manned" tills yesterday and left older folks queuing 3 trolleys deep. They are NOT convenient with full trolleys, and many folk will not, or cannot use them anyway! We Will not be shopping there again!

Well I was a bit disappointed with the salad bar ,it didn't even have cheese, but all in all its good food and the vegetables and fruits are there best features I would say.Prices are a bit higher than most.

Awful visit. Cafe disgusting. No fresh milk for the tea, dirty tea pots dirty teaspoons, sausage sandwiches burnt sausage, need reporting to environmental health department

Lovely clean little supermarket. Need to adjust the lighting over your self check tills cos girlfriend I looked horrendous in the tv screen
