“Go here...they are fantastic! They can't do enough for you and they've been under so much pressure and STILL smile and help you that if I could give more than 5⭐️ I would. Throughout lockdown they continued to put the patients first and when I was having an issue with a prescription they went above and beyond to sort it for me. I'm not great verbally on the phone and they know this so they happily assisted myself with dealing with the problem...including calling myself once it had been done. Now...its been taken over and scripts that are postdated are usually an 'after 5pm' collection. If you call on the day your script is due be expected to hear that and honestly...with the thousands they get daily..go with it! They could make you wait 3/4 working days like some!. I've also noticed if they don't have the meds in they will offer to print the script so you can try elsewhere rather than you waiting. One of the few places that are under extreme pressure yet give 101%. You won't be disappointed! Be polite and respectful and you'll receive that in return.”

“I have always found staff to be friendly, helpful and they try their best to get what you need. You can get through on the phone easily. I live in another local village and twice now when I've been let down by other pharmacies, Cohen's at Hemsworth have been able to get me what I needed at short notice! One time was whilst they were still at their old premises providing the OOH service which was really appreciated. It's good to know there is a local pharmacy I can rely on. Thank you :)”
