Had a plumbing emergency earlier today and couldn?t turn on the water without a major leak. I?m a DIYer so wanted to try this myself but have no plumbing experience. At the counter I showed some pictures and was guided through how to fix the problem along with being provided with a little basket of goods I would need to get the job done. Saved myself a plumbers callout! Amazing!
