Long queues.doesnt help you have to go in because long queues on phone because of covid.its over now.always someone wandering asking if you need to be in queue instead of getting behind counter.stupid!and if you making out you care about covid why have queues of people waiting.oh yes cause you are liars and want less staff on.avoid

Don't use that ATM.Worst bank ever!I wanted tot withdraw money from ATM ,they took the amount from my bank account and I didn't get the money.

After waiting 20 minutes in the slow queue to withdraw money after answering lots of questions on why i wanted to withdraw cashwas asked WHAT i was going to spend MY money on in front of line of strangers, when refused to say told YOU CANNOT HAVE YOUR OWN MONEYManageress needs to grow some common sense, worst branch i have ever visited AVOID

I have an old mortgage with Alliance Leicester which was acquired by Santander. I still get monthly paper statements and I called a few times asking to shift to online but Santander which advocates for sustainability said they don't have the system to enable this. How ridiculous. So I will continue to receive monthly paper statements for the next 17 years. How many trees will Santander consume for this? Bad environmental performance.
