Made an appointment for 1245 . Sat and waited . Spoke to staff after 45 mins of waiting to be seen to be told optician had gone for lunch even tho appointment s were booked in and they shouldn't of gone . And the other optician then went for there lunch meaning no one to see anyone and all just sat there . Ended up cancelling when it got to 1345

Trying to book an appointment for an eye test. No answer and still waiting a week for a call back while the staff are leaning against the wall when you go in!! Tried to book in person at the counter and the girl wouldn't book me an appointment unless I had an aftercare appointment first!! I just want a sodding eye test!! Its like they don't want money where as Specsavers do!!

If I was the manager here, I would be highly disappointed with my staffs customer service. To laugh at your customers because they are angry not to have received their contact lenses that they paid for over 2 months ago, is not very professional. They also breach GDPR by giving customers family members information without permission from the customer. Avoid this place at all costs. As the TV advert says "should have gone to specsavers" this is 100% true. Although Asda said that specsavers wouldn't be able to give the contact lenses, low and behold they have contact lenses. By the way, still no refund. Theifs.

My husband had a eye test four weeks tomorrow picked out two pairs of glasses out and still not got them customer service is rushbish no phone call saying why its taking so long not very happy with the service at all .

The optician was disinterested and aloof to the point of being surly. She really could not have cared less, which is a real contrast to the last time I was there a few years ago, when the Irish optician was genuinely professionally interested in ensuring I got glasses to meet my needs.The current optician went through the motions in a perfunctory manner and there were none of the checks that other opticians have made to establish how far I hold reading material so as to best focus the glasses.In short I will not be going back to ASDA Opticians in Pudsey, which is a shame as they used to offer a first class service.

I took my daughter for her first contact lenses trial on Saturday morning. The two staff which looked after us were both very kind and super patient. Excellent service! Repeat customer! Highly recommended. Thank you

I visited Pudsey Asda?s opticians , for the first time, today. What a wonderful experience. I was greeted with a lovely smile from a lady called Lesley. She was so welcoming and professional. She performed some optical procedures before I went through to see the optician. The optician was amazing, was very friendly and professional. At the end of my examination he took the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable about my condition. I then had help choosing my new frames for my glasses and had a chat with a lovely lady called Wendy. I have never had such excellent customer service in a opticians before and I will definitely be returning. Well done Asda for having such excellent staff

One pair arrived totally wide and out of shape, yet they insisted on bending them to try fit. I went back manager immediately sent for new pair and said someone should have done that in the first place. MY 2nd pair has been bent and re fitted several times now the latest attempt was to bend the front of the frame resulting in the lens sticking out and sent me away like that, on inspection at home I found it and returned to store. They snapped lens back into the frame which STILL DID NOT FIT RIGHT, I suggested we send these back and start again with a new pair, to be met with negative responses, in end I left store appalled at my EXPERIENCE.JUST WASTED £120 ON 2 PAIRS OF GLASSES THAT DON'T FIT COMFORTABLY AS THE TV AD SAYS, I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO Specsavers. Well thanks for your response, you want us to go back to the very people who caused this review and expect them to somehow get it ALL BETTER???

Had a pair of specs from here three years ago and don't get me wrong they are cheaper than other shops.Wore them for a week then they would not stop fogging up so I eventually binned them.Last August thought I'd give them another try and on appointment found all the staff talking and ignoring my waiting.Waited two weeks for my glasses and after wearing them for three weeks the paint came off the frame.Took them back and a week later I got them back but since then both the lenses have kept falling out and they are fogging up again.Not going back looks like paying more at Specsavers again.

I was getting intermittent double vision and went here on a recommend the whole process was excellent the staff professional and understanding a big shout out for Ann definatly my goto optitians.aftercare second to none.
