I booked an appointment for ear stringing due to deafness in both ears. I?ve never had anything like this done before but the lady who did it for me was on time, patient and experienced. The process was ?weird? but immediately one ear cleared and it was breathtaking that it was clear straight away. The other was still muffled but 5hrs later, I tried tilting my head to the side and water came out which was strange but my hearing returned to normal. I?d say to anyone unsure about this procedure at Midway Pudsey, that it was completed professionally and resolved my medical issue. Thank you Midway Pudsey ??

Wanted to exchange the nytol tablet for the blue ones, however even though the packet was unbroken they would not exchange, error by me but blimey it wouldn't have hurt would it, companpolicy isPut them in the bin and paid for new packet

I switched to Midway pharmacy after issues with my previous pharmacy.Midway has fulfilled all my care needs which are high.I have several chronic medical conditions including bipolar disorder and others associated with my mental health issues.I have a chronic disease associated with my liver also. Midway has gone beyond expectations including delivery. Can't fault Midway keep up the quality service.

Shocking, they promise to send your prescription to the doctor and they never do.prescription was for my son's insulin( he only has 1 pen left) .they sent it 3 weeks ago , the doctor returned it , they never chased it back.every day there is a different person working there.noone communicates anything with another person, no notes left.simply shocking. I will be changing to a different pharmacy as it has g9ne on for too long

Midway Pharmacy: Dedicated To Keeping Me Medicated.I have several chronic illnesses and require a lot of medication to function. Having a good pharmacy is one of the most important things to me because of this. There were initially a couple of issues with things being ready on time when I first moved but the pharmacy were really responsive and listened to my concerns.iThere?s a national shortage of a specific medication I need in order to function. It?s been so stressful, but Derry and Mehwish at Midway have been my saving graces during this time and to be honest have kept me sane through it all. They always make sure I am updated on supply issues, contact my GP to ensure I am being supported, are so empathetic and understanding of what I am going through and go the extra mile to help me. Derry has been so kind and checks in with me to make sure I am doing okay through the shortage. I am so grateful to both of them for their hard work. It is very clear that they care about their patients a lot and do whatever they can to help. I will likely have to rely on various medications for my whole life and it reassures me so much to know I have pharmacists I can trust with this. They both deserve an award!! Thank you Derry and Mehwish!!

Leave the phone to ring out , deliveries don't happen when promised , constantly chasing them up. Only chemist in Pudsey that does compliance aids or I would go elsewhere.

I did have an issue when they didn't get the ear wax out on my first visit, I've been having my ears syringed for years without any problem but on this occasion they gave up very quickly. Not holding this against them at all as it was all documented in the notes and on my second visit it was straight out at no further cost and it was a pleasure. Thank you for a great service.
