Asked for Tracked 24 for my parcels. Staff sent them by special delivery instead doubling my cost. Didn’t realise til I got home and saw the bill.

I urge anyone to double-check their postage when sending items from this amateur Post Office. I have had three complaints from ebay members stating that the postage used wasn't enough. After further investigation, it transpires that Rothwell post office had mistakenly used 2p stamps instead of 2nd large. Totally Incompetent... read full comment
