“Wanting a new fridge and tumble dryer and fed up with online retailers providing poor customer service I turned to Whitaker's, an excellent decision as it happens.I went to their store and was given a list of choices, with reviews, which met my requirements to mull over.Being ready to choose, I went to the store again and looked in their showroom at the fridges I had chosen to confirm my choice.Within a week my new integrated fridge was fitted, and I was given care advice and a demonstration on how to use the tumble dryer.The guys who came to my house were fantastic and did everything to my satisfaction, not leaving till they were happy as well, true professionalism.Many thanks everyone.”
