A lovely tea room tucked away in Shipley. With a 1920s theme and homely feel, this is a very nice place to go for lunch or afternoon tea. All food is home made which makes such a difference to mass produced fare. The staff are pleasant and helpful and clearly a good experience for customers is their priority.

My cousin has been visiting this cafe for many years. We ordered two jacket potatoes with bacon and cheese. The portions are enormous! I had the soup which was specialty cooked for me as I’m lactose intolerant. It came with a huge bread tea cake made on the premises. Can’t fault it.
