This chemist has the worst customer service I?ve ever seen I transferred here after I moved to the area the staff are rude unsympathetic and have no respect for the patients that have long term illnesses

Awful chemist, will be moving my entire family from them. It?s a shame as they used to be really good. But now they are unhelpful and rude and I constantly have to chase for prescriptions for my elderly mother who has 8-9 different repeat medications. Last time they tried to deliver (she never knows when it?s going to be delivered and it could be weeks) she was at a hospital appointment and they rang her up and told her if she was out next time they will stop delivering to her altogether - this person made my mum cry, she was so rude and abrupt with her. Horrendous customer service.

I was supposed to get a txt msg when prescription was ready but never did had to go and ask myself 4 days late. They blamed the new staff,also the pharmacist told me one thing and when I got there he told me something totally different. They just wasted my time. Avoid it like plague. (well the pharmacist.

This isn't my usual chemist luckily! I tried to ring because I asked for my prescription to be sent there because its nearer for me. I tried to ring to check it was there and I had the phone put down on me!! and then it was engaged until closing time now I have to wait till Monday to get onto my antibiotics and steroids that I really need because while I'm without I'm struggling to breath properly and if I'm not getting enough oxygen to my brain and then i nd end up back in hospitalSo thanks. for that

Windhill Green Branch - My prescription was sent there Thursday. They only had 2/6 so ordered me the rest for Monday, when I went to collect, it hadn't been bagged up just left on the shelf,even though they knew I was owed. Still only had 3 items, even though they had apparently ordered it all in for me! So now I have to wait 2 more days for my last item. I also hate having to give my name, address and DOB out so loudly in a full chemist!

I booked for a Flu Jab and was given a specific appointment time, as with all my appointments I always make sure I?m on time. Upon arrival I was asked to fill in some paperwork and then take a seat. I was made to wait over 30 minutes before being called, bearing in mind I was the only person in the pharmacy, and the cubicle used for patients was also empty when I arrived. There never seems to be any urgency in this place, it?s all a bit like ?we?ll get to you when we get to you? ?.. I probably wouldn?t have minded so much if I?d been informed there was going to be a 30-minute delay, but watching you all wandering about aimlessly in cloud Cuckoo land, was quite annoying!

Zero customer service and it seems very chaotic, I moved to this pharmacy as it is closer and easier to pick up prescriptions - or so I thought. The last two times I have been, they don't have all my prescription so give me an IOU (unbelievable for a repeat prescription)I went in today, 3 staff in. Left me to wait while they were doing "something", then when they finally served me they didn't know which box my prescription was in (even though it had been delivered a couple of days ago) and when it was found, some wasn't included, even though I had left it 4 days before collecting (after the problems last time) - which is unacceptable for critical medicationWhy Rowlands believe it is acceptable to leave medication lying around in boxes while staff sit there complaining about other staff members is beyond meMy plan to go here because it is closer is working out less efficient than I would expect. So will return to my previous pharmacy

Never seem to open on time as they don't have a pharmacist in and they have no idea when one will turn up. Staff have zero customer service skills. Won't recommend this place.

If I could rate this pharmacy a 0 I would, today has just tipped me over the edge. The staff were abrupt. The service was shocking and it was just chaos. I completely understand there is a pandemic on and covid has a lot to answer for but there was a man in there whom had been in there waiting for over an hour. There was 7 people waiting to be served and there was 3 staff dealing with 1 person. Then when another person walked in a staff member went on break leaving the other 2 to deal with this same 1person. My prescription was ordered on Tuesday I even called up yesterday to check it and she said it would be ready after 4 today was it ready no. I was in there 45 minutes. I don?t think the staff member whom went on her break should have done so with a queue that was so long ago. In any job if there are 7 people requiring assistance you do what you can to give them the service they need it?s called customer service doesn?t matter if it?s face to face or over the phone. I will be requesting for my prescription to be sent to a more reliable chemist in future

On 3 occasions I have gone to collect my prescription within the last 3 months.. On all 3 occasions I have been kept waiting whilst they prepare my order, although I allow more than 24 hours each time to ensure its ready.. This is my 3rd time I have left dissopointed and without my prescribed prescription.. Having gone in today and asked for my prescription I am told they will just prepare it again. So I kindly waited even left the store as 2 more customers entered.. Approximately 15 minutes later I reentered the store as it was empty to be asked by a rather unpleasant member of staff what I wanted ( quite sure she is the one that surved me the first time and asked me to wait) I had to repeat I'm here to collect my prescription and then give my name again.. She the replied '' oh ill just go get that ready for you! '' 5 minutes later she returned to the counter to tell me that she didn't have what I wanted in store and again I should go somewhere else.. This is now the 3rd time this has happened I left extremely angry having waited for such a long time only to be given back my prescription again..Be warned anyone wishing to use this service the staff seem to of changed dramatically and there service is not nice nor is there preparation.. Its advised if you can use another pharmacy please do so.. I won't be going there again.. What a mees about what a joke.. Such bad service not recommended!

They never ring back about prescriptions when they say they will! Was suppose to get a proscription for my 16 day old baby yesterday but they never rang. Rang then this morning and they said they?d ring back soon and didn?t. Just tried to ring again and nobody?s answering so going to have to wait until tomorrow! It?s a good job my baby?s illness isn?t really dangerous! Worst pharmacy about! I bet even Asda pharmacy is better!
