Always takes forever to find anything never sends the reminder that prescription ready really poor pharmacy will be looking for a new pharmacy soon. It has really gone downhill since it started very disappointing.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Called in advance to make sure they had my prescription as have had issues in the past. I asked what time they were open til so I could come collect it. Once there, they are now finding out that they have not got it as thought I just meant they received the prescription through and not the actual medication. Maybe use a tiny little bit of common sense. Oh and they?re also unable to order it in even though I?ve had it from there in the past. Maybe a job at Asda next door would be better fitted ?

When will the Khodadi brothers, who drive their fancy Porsches, realise their pharmacy is now down in the dumps?Pharmacist left to sort things out on her own whilst specific set of girls have a giggle in the back. Another member of staff coming out from another room ignoring how occupied the pharmacist is, comes to ask help for her own tasks. Almost everyone oblivious of their responsibilities! Called before visiting so my time isnt wasted; item said to be ready to collect yet the pharmacist spends 20 minutes or so trying to find it, alone. Pharmacist needs to take lead and direct the team, for her own sake! Previous visits have been atrocious too - seems like the pharmacy is swamped with too much work, with a lack of managerial support - and if there is input, it sure isnt enough. Theyll soon be losing out as patients leave.Pharmacy used to be good, around 2 years ago, we had to switch from rowlands to westcliffe but boy oh boy im almost regretting this since changes seemed to have been made.Poor, poor service. Appalling. It didnt used to be like this.

Absolutely the worst chemist in Shipley, every single time I go there is an issue.Either not in stock or you are given wrong items time and time again, despite it saying on your records what items you have or cannot have!!! Just called in again with my mum for her monthly prescription to be told items are out of stock and when mum asked if other items were in the bag they said yes, she checked this twice and low and behold it wasn?t in!!!Clearly this is not good enough, either staff are not checking correctly or not trained properly!! Why is is also different staff every time we come.This needs addressing ASAP!!!!

Update from 15/4 went yesterday to get insulin injections which I had ordered on prescription on 10/4 to be told not in stock last night but available today. Called to check in stick before heading to the pharmacy to be told didn't arrive and now apparently out of stock due to manufacturing issue. Absolutely disgusted as this insulin keeps me alive. Due to fly out on holiday for 2 weeks on Monday. Told to call 111. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A PHARMACY!!!!!! Medication that keep people alive, if not in stock should be communicated to the patient. I could of found an alternative pharmacy with some in stock earlier this week had I been advised. They will be held accountable if I have any issues getting this insulin or I become ill on holiday because apparently I'll have to use another insulin, which is not as straightforward as just switching brands. Incompetent liars. No care or compassion. Clearly in it for the money. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!Would give 1 stars if I could. Gave out wrong prescription so I had to go back and the guy was argumentative trying to justify why he gave the wrong item.I never get my prescription from them with the right items in so always having to go back and get them to correct their errors!Staff are too busy chatting in the back and having a laugh. Really they should concentrate on what they are there to do.I really hope that they don't have a scenario where a patient becomes ill or dies because of their incompetence.I will be moving pharmacy and suggest you do TOO! AWFUL!!!!!!
