Went in for a loan with somebody was told to sit and wait, sat for 20 mins, then she came back and said this has to be done online,Unbelievable service!Luckily this gentleman helped us set up a online account, a loan was applied for aswell.Since the name change the service is terrible and the applications and speed are diabolical ..my bank are nothing like this, but this bank are horrendous.The loan was approved instantly but the funds are??Then its ringing and ringing to chase them...unbelievable!!!

Well first can I say how very helpful Naheela was at helping us sort out things today very friendly and empathetic toward usBut Im so shocked to hear that you have to bring your own laptop into the bank if you need help to sort anything out What if you have a learning Disability, Or you cant use a computer? There is there no help.?Are you not discriminating ??We have been at Yorkshire Bank for over 50 years And always found that they go out of there way to help .Virgin Money need to address your customers service BecauseWhat I saw and heard there is no help for customers who really need it

Went this morning to sort out a technical problem that could not be sorted online and had it sorted in a few minutes. The staff member was on the ball, a professional. I don't know what I would have done had I not been able to visit the branch. I do hope they do not ever close it down.

absolutely disgusted with this bank -been with Yorkshire bank for over 50 years since virgin took over had nothing but bother and they closed the kly branch down switching taking 1 month to lloydes now have to back into branch

Terrible - Yorkshire Bank have closed their online business banking service, and when we went to Shipley Branch - both their cash machines were broken. Very poor services.

Yesterday I needed to go to the branch in shipley, needed to speak to someone, there is a desk near the door which on it said ring the bell for someone to come well there was no bell so I turned round to one of the colleagues said can you get me someone he just looked up and said NO! That's not very nice. The next colleague said I will get someone for you. Honestly that was disgusting! I work with the public if l answered questions like that l would get a telling off! He was really unprofessional. Not happy. I've been with Yorkshire bank for 39 years never been spoken to like that. It was yesterday Monday 3rd June about 2.15pm.

All the local banks have closed you have to go to a town centre now
