Just waited in for 3 hours for a parcel , which never came , cheers , no wonder people rely on other couriers , read your policy on delivery , what?s the point of times & dates if you don?t have a guarantee for it , I?ll carry on waiting then !!!!!

Still waiting for a parcel to be delivered which they have lost. Royal Mail have said it's definitely at the post office but they can't seem to find it. Still ongoing.
