Absolutely fantastic service, moved into the area and had to change GP. So impressed with the overall service and quick prescription ordering and especially Rachel the nurse actually came to the house to take my sons blood, I am so happy ? thank you.

Since the introduction of the new telephone triage system, getting an appointment is no longer a mad rush at 8am that usually results in being asked to call back on a different day.Admin (at the point of inital contact) are efficient, empathetic and direct questions purposefully. A GP reviews the triage whilst I am on the call and determines if a telephone call or face to face appointment is needed. In many cases, it has circumvented the need for an appointment as the GP has been able to resolve the issue based on the initial call (eg. prescription enquiries).All in all, would reccomend this surgeryThere are more GPs and clinical staff than when I joined as a patient in 2021 and the difference in appointment waiting times has improved noticeably.Since records and prescription requests have been made available via the app, I have been able to locate info and carry out tasks that would normally require me to call in or attend.I feel that this GP practice has responded to patient feedback and issues affecting all practices, very well and in an innovative approach that takes advantage of the technology available, whilst still offering support to those who are less tech-savvyMy only bugbear is/was the length of the recorded message when you call in. However I have since found that hitting '1' bypasses it and takes you straight to the options menu.

Have to give credit where credit is due. I have had to attend on two occasions over the past two week, and on both occasions the reception & medical staff have been excellent. The doctors were excellent.

Diagnosed with severe sleep apnea 6 years ago in Inverness. Moved here last November. G.P not interested and has failed to register me with a sleep clinic. I don't get any sleep sno proper sleep for several months now. Dr E. Not interested. Condition getting worse. Will probably die soon .70 apnea events per hour is no joke.

I called in and the receptionist v friendly and helpful,told me to ring.I rang once home again staff v nice listened and consulted with Dr whilst on phone I was v impressed, Spoke with Dr Budd had to go straight down to see him and medication prescribed,what an amazing service,v efficient.Well done Todmorden health practice.First dose taken so fingers crossed feel better soon

This practice houses Locala surgery and Dental Suite along with the Todmorden practice, it has a full range of services from physio to nursing staff and health groups, it's location is right on the canal and has swans and geese and ducks to boot along with very picturesque surroundings.Great facility for the Town of Todmorden.

Probably quite a few deaths in Tod that could have been easily avoided due to the worst healthcare team.everyone u talk to their just can?t seem to help you, is a joke .

I have been trying to get an appointment for weeks now, as every time I call in at 8, ALL of the appointments have been booked for the day and they (for some reason?) can't pre-book. So I've been trying to receive any kind of care or advice for ages and my problems are only getting worse by the day. They treat patients like this is customer service. This is the most unhelpful GP I've ever been to, and I've lived in this townmy entire life. Something needs to be done.

I came to Todmorden a year ago from America, and so far I've received better healthcare in Tennessee, because at least I could get in to see a doctor. They fully ran out of my medication and didn't think to schedule an appointment with me to see if I was eligible to take replacements UNTIL I RAN OUT FIVE MONTHS LATER.

Todmorden Group Practice are a kind and helpful place, i go alot & they are extremely busy but manage to make the patient feel valued and safe. All the staff in this place are caring and professional & i feel safe with the lovely reception staff who work hard & are friendly & kind.

Hopeless for the disabled!. The old external lift was always breaking down or not even turned on. The new one has never worked at all
