Staff at this store are not skilled to understand or help customers with specific questions around product. I left the store and went into screwfix and purchased my item. One of the staff near the tills also commented staff at this store are very lazy.

Had a new kitchen fitted. From the start where Rachael helps with the design and ideas to Pawel fitting it quickly and cleanly. Both really helpful. Would recommend.

Very unprofessional I have bought items on sale online for click and collect. After two days received call from the store cancel order after two days saying not in stock.Very disappointed

Absolutely fed up purchased a kitchen from them , stuff missing or wrong been in multiple times, took a month to get some items what were missing, promised call backs never got them , started fitting kitchen in August, still not sorted out wish we had gone elsewhere, total nightmare

Been here today for painting equipment with my mum who is on cruches and wouldn't sell us white spirt for painting cause I was holding it I'm under the age but she can't carry any thing I find this very ridiculous she knew it was for my mum but still refuse won't be here again ?

We were visiting from New Zealand and had to get a few things to help my mum do some repairs in her house. We want to say your staff at Wakefield were very helpful and very pleasant. A big shout out to 2 of the chaps in store your manager should give you a pay rise .

My experience there wasn't particularly great. The store seemed to have a limited amount of items, which was a bit disappointing. In particular, they had hardly any furniture. If you're looking for a wider selection and a more satisfying shopping trip, I'd recommend heading over to the Beeston location instead.

Absolutely disgusting service, price's, and layout.Their timber is as bent as Westminster. Self checkout with no barcodes on anything. Staff are completely arrogant, deaf and useless. I've just made my last ever visit to this appalling place!! Sorry Wakefield, but you can shove B&Q right up your jacksie!!
