Worked at bonmarche didn?t like it after a while they only have certain types of female working there only saw one black women permanent I have to say the people who worked there were friendly but management??

Beyound belief BAD ! Their refund policy is to not do it.I have tried countless times to contact customer services at various times of the day and the same thing always happens . You are put on hold for 40 minutes , you are then told you are customer 3, then 2 then 1 then you are cut off . they deseve to be in liquidation, without doubt. KEEP WELL CLEAR !

Ordered, never received delivery, queried by phone, followed by another call , then emails then another call to be told that Hermes has not acknowledged loss of parcel to them I must prove it to them to get a refund. This after already emailing proof and then today again emailed all. Poor service and they have lost a customer for sure. Still waiting for my credit / refund

Terrible service from bonmarche has put me off using bonmarche 7 days of phoning as I havent recieved my order pd for 48 hr delivery still waiting then returning the goods not worthy of my custom so disappointed .
