“Its was a tuesday night around 3am. My friends and I went on a journey of self-discovery from the humble Hepworth art gallery to the glamorous ADSA 24h where our hopes and ambitions were said to be fulfilled. Exhausted we were once arriving to the new world, only being motivated by the bright green lights, like moths. We went into the refuge, we were safe ready to complete our dream, our purpose, perhaps even our destiny. We hunted like animals inside for what we needed, no time for rest , our people were counting on us on the other side. Dangerous tho it was, i had a weapon, a mysterious red beam ray that would beep when pointed at a product. But we were not there to injure anyone although we would do what had to be done. After seconds of searching we found it, what would carry on time as we had known it- the drinks aisle. Once we went to trade for it the bank card wouldn't work, we had no choice but to head back to our people empty handed, disappointing our family and children. On our way back we saw a glimpse of hope, the gods had mercy on us, Texaco was open and sold us alcohol. The night was still on!”

“Great staff and a great location make this filling station a really good facility for the Stanley and Outwood (and very nearby hospitals and hospice) communities.There is a small forecourt shop and an external cash machine. The entrance is on the uphill side of the business, the exit is on the downhill side.”

“This petrol station is card payment only. Please don't feel daunted by this though. It is very simple to use, with easy to read instructions and is covid safe as their is not only no interaction with other people but it is always clean and tidy. They have plenty of gloves and paper towels at the rubbish bins. Been at various time from rush hour to quieter times and never had to queue to fill up.”

“Good little petrol station little more expensive than other sainsburys further away from the centre. You can't access the garage from the opposite side of the road. You have to go to the roundabout up the road and come back on yourself.”

“Quite expensive for petrol itself but a nice enough station. Free air but it doesn't work very well at all, car wash facilities that aren't the best dont expect a great clean and your standard petrol station products bread milk ect. Does sell alcohol too. The prices of items in here are your usual overpriced petrol station stock. Customer service skills aren't great but not terrible. Not very helpful. It is clean enough.”

“Clean, well-maintained petrol station. Facilities to refuel, air tyres and pick up a snack while you're on the go. The only gripe I have is fuel costs tend to be higher than some other local stations, such as Morrisons down the road.”

“ill recommend spar for supplies but as for asking staff why it is acceptable to hqve q go with me for forgetting my mask but allowing other people in with out one then when i pull a memeber of staff on this today i get laughed at so im confused it is discrimination against females or do u want public to catch covid19 im confused so please anyone seei g this review please tell me hows this helping prevent covid19 spreading if our local garage thinks its acceptable to allow people in without masks”

“Made an online click and collect order delivered to this store,online had messed the delivery up. Long story short David, vicky and Jo absolutely amazing vicky after alot of work sorted the order and phoned me straight away, these saved my day due to sum of the order being work uniform and a present, could not thank these three enough absolutely fantastic thank you for that hard work.”
