My headlight had packed in as I was driving home, called into my local Halfords store, gave the the registration of the car and was offered a choice of replacement bulbs. I chose to replace both bulbs with brighter bulbs, which were fitted for me free as a Halfords motoring club member, which also gave me a discount. From driving in to driving out less than 15 minutes.First class friendly service a a very competitive price, definitely 10/10.

Muppets ran brake cable all the round the head tube whilst building the bike.I brought this to their attention but they said it was how it is on that model!!Unlike the one in the showroom I said. Easy alteration but unfortunately they were not able to do it. Slightly annoying but not the end of the world.

Left my car for the whole day to fix my driving belt. Had to take time off work just to find out at the end of the day nothing was done. Before they have replaced my front brakes for £600 saying that that was causing the noise. Time and money wasters.
