“I decided on a watch that I wanted I called H Samuel in Wakefield and Laura mentioned they only had 1 in store, if it sold on line she could order me 1 in I received a curtesy call from Laura to say it was still in store . “Visited the Store on Sunday 15/06/23 around 15.45. Greeted by a member of staff who was serving a customer. The 50% off sale caught my eye and waited a few minutes, one member of staff at the till apologised for my wait and another staff member came from the back to serve me.I didn't get the names of the other 2 members of staff name but the colleague that served me was Casey. They were so helpful, patient and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased a ring, unfortunately realised later that evening it wasn't suitable for my arthritic thumb! I returned the ring on Monday morning to be served by Casey. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made suggestions to me to make an exchange as I didn't want to spend anymore than I already had. She was great, thankyou. The customer service from the three ladies was excellent.”
