Visited the branch this morning and at first the service was OK, it's what you expect when you go in, however I shared an incident experience that hapened yesterday with a staff member and she managed to tell me what services where available and I upgraded my account.\\nThanks to Natwest I've not got piece of mind :)

Came in 6th of August, put in £380 ,machine as normal shut off, was told they could not open the machine and would ring me later in the day! Absolutely disgusting

Not the friendliest of people never smile not helpfully at all my card was blocked cudnt understand why went in to branch to be told stop doing bank cards for savings account oh right and when was you going to let me know not an answer not good

Absolute Rubbish Service! I had an appointment to Open a business account at this branch and they turn around and tell me you cant open accounts in store its got to be done online! What a lie!Secondly I wanted to transfer money, they said to me you will be better off doing this through online banking because in store there will be loads of forms to fill etc. Turns out they were being absolutely lazy and just did not want to do anything!I dont have any problems with NatWest this was the only branch that was so rubbish!

Had refit and now only has 2 counters. Queues are ridiculously slow and nobody uses the machines ( complete waste of money ). Appalling service for a city centre branch and shows contempt for customers as they knowingly make them wait so long to save money on counters. Whoever is in charge of Customer Service/Experience should be sacked immediately and made to be a Nat West customer as punishment.

The waiting here is ridiculous and the staff are very rude. From what I experienced is the woman with glasses on wanted to do the bear minimum with no help what so ever am glad I don't bank with these.

Trying to get through to speak to someone at the wakefield branch to open an account for my daughter, why do the bank want to know your pin, this seems so out of order, I have never found it so difficult to make contact. I already bank with you but I'm now going elsewhere, it's crazy.
