Well locates as a base for Wakefield etc.Avoid room 118. Floorboards creak from room above. Creaky floorboards in a prestige motel!Irritating lazy individuals with no blue badges park regularly in the disabled bays.Noteworthy details: Lovely reception staff and cleaner.
