My wife had a wonderful experience with this team that was very friendly and welcoming. She appreciated the abundance of clean towels and the team's effort to keep the room free of hair. They also offered to cut her bangs after a wash and blow-dry at no extra cost. She considers this salon her go-to whenever she's in town.

I have gone to Sophie multiple times for Balayage and think the colour is always great! Highly recommend! Very happy with the cut and think the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Started using this hairdressers after bad experiences elsewhere, the staff are lovely and very accommodating. The overall environment is really nice to be in. After my latest appointment here my hair didn?t go exactly how I wanted it too, however I rang and just explained the situation. Marcello was able to see me the day after, he was really understanding and didn?t make me feel awkward for coming back in. He apologised and rectified the situation, I left there feeling so much better and happy with my hair. I cannot recommend this place enough, Marcello and the team are excellent.

Had my first lot of great lengths hair extensions yesterday at this salon with Megan, absolutely over the moon with them and what a lovely lady Megan is too, friendly and polite! Will definitely be back when I need some more. Thank u so much xx

Not my usual hairdresser, I?mNot from around here. But? I was so pleased how quickly I was able to book in, there was no fuss over my hair condition (it? was a little bit of a mess). The young lady that looked after me was so professional and gentle and I was treated with utter kindness. I was there 2 weeks ago and had a bad experience. I made an appointment with Marcello because I thought it would never go wrong seeing as he is the director. My hair was supposed to be cut all in a straight line shoulder length. When I got home I noticed that a big chunk on the neck line underneath was much shorter than the rest of the hair. Now I have to keep my hair down all the time as can't put them in a ponytail as it is too short on the back. I sent a private message to discuss but didn't receive a reply. I would have preferred not to leave a bad review and discussed it with him. My advice is, be honest and say that I messed up as I am sure he knew what he had done.

Started using this salon in January and I now come regularly for colour and cuts, never once had a bad experience, lovely staff all round but I have meghan as my creative stylist and she pulls it out of the bag evertime. No complaints always happy and polite, her input for my hair has really made a difference too (I never know what I want) and she makes it look fabulous! 10/10 from me xx

I have been visiting the Trinity Walk salon in Wakefield since I moved to the area 9 years ago.It is the most welcoming salon I have ever been to, with a professional team who always make you feel like a million dollars by the time you leave.
