Impossible to contact this shop by phone. Contacted vodafone service, waste of time. Eventually spoke to someone called AWAD. He was very helpful and understanding. give me a number, but out od order. Phoned another shop in ridings and went there.

Scam company, tie you into contract even after you cancel inside the cool off period. If you take a package deal of internet and sim contract you have to individually cancel both separately as they put you on 2 separate accounts not telling you this. They delay your broadband activation to make sure you go past your sim contract cool off period so when you cancel broadband to cancel the whole lot they've got you tied in. Dirty sales tactics and untrustworthy. Do not go with Vodafone, i will never return because of this or my family and friends.

Awful company, terrible staff in store. one of the worst retail experiences I?ve ever had. Getting a brand new shiny phone is supposed to be a pleasure, not if it involves this company. Seriously AVOID at all costs.

Been into the Wakefield store several times for help and have always been told to contact customer services. Staff were not willing to help me in anyway and when I asked if his colleague could help, I was told no they wouldn't know either. The member of staff wasn't even willing to find the number I needed on the computer. Due to the customer service I have received over the year I have decided not to renew my contract with Vodafone and will be moving to another provider this month

Useless! Gone in store for an issue with sim swap. Got told they don?t have a phone to contact customer services. Staff wasn?t willing to phone or contact customer services. Told to use a different sim and contact because they can?t do anything. Absolutely useless! All the store wants to do is sell you products. Anything else your just wasting ya breath. Avoid at all costs. Staff very unhelpful and one was just sitting talking to his mate.

Miss sold my parents a plan that was way over what they required, extremely exspensive. When we went back to try and down grade, they refused to deal with the issue, basically telling us it was out of the 14 termination period and it was tough. Zero customer service, just happy to advise and miss sell a product that wasnt required.

Went into the store to inquire about Vodafone broadband. Spoke to the manager who was very informative, naturally friendly and helpful without being pushy. While I ended up signing up for Vodafone broadband at home, the service I received helped push me in that direction over another service.

Guys in the store were very helpful attentive and understanding of my problem would recommend shame about the home broadband house move dulling the Vodafone experience. My advice go to the store speak to a non scripted human and get great service.

Thank you so much for the brilliant service given to us by Conner today, he sorted out our SIM card problem immediately, as he obviously knew what the problem was. Previously visited the Huddersfield shop twice with this problem but the did not sort it out, we live in Huddersfield but from now on we will use the Wakefield shop due to their excellent service.
