My partner visited on Friday as I was ill. Asked for two different quite common medicines for nausea but neither were stocked. Opted for Rennies but has since realised was charged twice. Not offered a receipt so doubt it?s possible to get a refund.

ALL prescriptions can take days.I can understand my repeat prescriptions taking this long (although not really longer than a week sometimes when I'm down to minimal medication) but if you go in straight from the doctors when you're ill it shouldn't take days for you yo get something to make you better. This isn't just a one off either, it's every time I go.When someone has had to leave the house when they're sick they shouldn't have to go back home and wait days before you can get a prescription.Even if there's no other customers in the pharmacy they still won't do it there and then for you.If I could leave zero stars then I would.

Expect to wait a week to get your prescription. This is the worst pharmacy and worst service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy!Their policy is to treat all prescriptions as if they are repeat prescriptions. So, on the day you are ill and go to your GP, it can take up to a week before your prescription is ready.Even if your GP marks it as urgent, you will have to go home and wait for a text to let you know your prescription is ready. Then you will have to leave your sick bed again, to come all the way across town again, to collect your prescription. This could be up to 3 days later. Now, this is bad enough if you live locally and have a car. Imagine being a single parent with children. Or worse, it's your child that's ill...To elevate the problem, you could ask for them to deliver your prescription. Guess what? You still have to wait a minimum of 3 days to receive it, and it may take a week, depending on the day or time you go to your GP. Try to speak to the manager, and you are met with indifference. If you take it further and report it to the head office, they will come out, ask you a few questions, and then NOTHING! Literally, their policy is their policy! They work as if all prescriptions are on repeat, so woe betide anyone who is sick and needs a prescription on the day!

Doesn't deserve 1 star, absolutely useless. The amount of times I've had to take the prescription from them and go to another pharmacy to actually get my medication is ridiculous. They don't answer the phone, they call you and then don't answer when you ring them back I've rang them while I've been in store they just end the call. The staff treat you like your an inconvenience and I don't why because it takes them 72+ hours to actually do your prescription when they actually do it.

For 1 course of antibiotics i had to go friday, monday and then wednesday , each time waiting 45 minuites, to pick up a few tablets at a time. Not convenient when you dont feel well, terrible service.

Fed up of pharmacy sending txt messages informing me that my prescription is ready. When you get there only part of the order is ready and you have to make another journey to get the rest. Not the first time this has happened.

Doesn?t even deserve one star. They had one person on the reception desk that was also checking prescriptions and stocking shelves, so as you can imagine the queue was quite large. It took forever to be seen, even though there were around 5-8 staff in the building. From being served, I was told it would take 10 minutes to process my prescription (which was two singular tablets by the way). I said okay and waited 10 minutes. After that, I was told it?d be another 5-10 minute wait which was frustrating, but I wasn?t too worried. However, it was not another 5-10 minutes, in total I waited nearly an hour from being seen to receiving my medication. All they had to do was cut two tablets from a full sleeve and box it up for me. They had time to talk and joke around with each other, but clearly didn?t have to do their jobs promptly and efficiently. The service was diabolical and improvement needs to happen.

My son was prescribed antibiotics which the Dr stated needed to be started within the hour as she was concerned of him developing sepsis the dispenser said it might not even be the same day before they would receive the script from the Dr's as they only receive them at certain times (!?) When I explained the seriousness she just shrugged and said it'll probably be tomorrow (this was 11am) ended up having to take my son straight to hospital as couldn't get back into the Dr's as they'd shut for a training afternoonI used to use them for my sons repeat CD medication numerous times now I've been left waiting 2 weeks after putting the script in and my son going without his medication they don't let you know they can't get it in you will have to chase them but good luck if they answer the phone!! And then they will say "sorry there's been an issue it'll he here tomorrow" and repeat that each day until you're so fed up and you or your loved one has gone without medication that you tell them you're refusing to leave the building til the medication is in you're hand THEN they miraculously find the tablets in the pharmacy... disgusting and dangerous service avoid at all costs I will be doing

Prescription delays are a huge problem in this pharmacy. Our medications take on average more than a week to get processed! Because it?s just next to the GP surgery, we stuck with this pharmacy but not anymore. Massive improvements are required

It's not the first time that an urgent prescription takes days to be made. The GP appointment was on Thursday morning and today is Monday... I have rung them in case they had forgotten to send me a text message but they took ages to answer the phone and then wouldn't even check my name. Just repeated that I have to wait for a message and couldn't put the phone down on me fast enough. If it wasn't accross the road from a busy GP surgery, I don't think they would have any customers.

Rude, obnoxious, refused to serve despite being more than an hour before they closed and my wife being in need of antibiotics for an infection. Wanted us to come back the next day - except we all work and the doctor has prescribed antibiotics to start today - not tomorrow. Absolutely useless. Not the first time the pharmacist here has been rude either and others have warned of the same. Avoid at all costs.
