I cannot believe that, as customer, I have spent at least 3 lots of 45 minutes waiting ON HOLD for a response to a simple and straight forward question. It is laughable to call this customer service because it is absolutely no service at all. If no stars was an option I would award you exactly that NO STARS!

Slow service and speaks to elderly people like a robot and make them feel like they dont know anything. After going in with a grandparent they treat you like your there to steal off them and that you are just some random person off the streets. I was served by Stacey and wont return to this branch again.

Just come to this branch and google says its open but its closed. Virgin update your opening times.

Business account holder, just walked all the way there as no where to park nearby.. Why on earth do you open at different times on different days? Wasted almost an hour of my time.. open earlier, close earlyier

Not been open properly for ages shut Saturday. Today shut for what it says POSSIBLE covid customer we have to live with this. And can't be bothered to say they are shut on website. Just as bad as when Yorkshire bank.

Just phoned the yb 0800 number . Waited 15 mins to speak to a customer service person. Repeated info saying lines are busy then line is cut off. Only need an answer to a simple question. Don't want to go into branch. Yorkshire bank you need to get your customer service updated.

Sham of a bank. Blocked my account as I didnâ??t have my driving licence then denied doing it. Phoned customer services and fraud team and they all said the said thing take my ID in. Took ID IN that manager wouldnâ??t see me and STILL my account is blocked and nobody knows why or will accept responsibility. Disabled canâ??t access my money canâ??t pay my bills probe to heart attacks with stress. This has pushed the stress levels up so medication has stopped working to control my heart rate Disgusting attitude of all the bank for disabled
