Staff are appallingly unfamiliar with good customer service. Lazy unmotivated individuals who look like stupid robots. Bought 3 items from the new gregs counter and not only was everything ridiculously over priced but also freezing cold food that should of been hot and was far from fresh! Main robot was a woman on gregs counter at about 07:30 hours on 2/04/19. She was rude, unpolite to customers with was as cold and miserable as the food she was so-called cooking!!!!
