Went to the refurbished cafe at Wetherby...waited for over half hour ..had to ask where our food was ..it was flat cold when brought to us..do you still want it.. ERM no thanks money back please ..can't give it a food rating because we didn't get any..tbh it looked awful so glad we received our money back ..

An absolute dump, the floors are filthy, the seats are filthy, the staff are lazy except the cooks and the food is over priced and tasteless. I've never been in a cafe that is so filthy not to mention its not cleaned properly the floor hasn't been cleaned in over a month the dirt is visible everywhere it's disgusting. ? ?

Stopped serving hot food and it wasn't even 5pm didn't fancy fast food after a long journey at wetherbt services so drove to Morrisons to get a nice meal to be told that they have stopped serving hot food.

Really disappointed with this place. Its very hit and miss with the food. The service is pretty bad and it's grubby and dirty. There always seem to be problems with getting the hot drinks machine to work when you order hot chocolate. I've been to a few morrisons cafe's but I think this maybe the worst.

It seems odd to promote all the deals available after 3pm only to have it snapped at you that the kitchen closes at 5 and you can't order certain foods if it's close to 5. So it gives customers A1 1/2 hour window at least to order. Just seems a bit daft.

We ordered via the order kiosk which was straight forward but there is no explanation that you get your own cutlery or your own pot of tea. We didn't bother with the 2 pots of tea and it's not because we are lazy. In fact if we knew we supposed to get our own teas we could have done so whilst waiting the 15 minutes for our soup. I would have to give a mixed review as the tomato and basil soup was delicious.

I live locally and shop at Morrisons and Wetherby patronising local shops all the time . Yesterday I came home to a letter from the owners of the car park at Morrisons and a fine for £155 pounds ! how these charges are legal is beyond me ! It is by far unproportionate ! But the fact I was not even given fullly conclusive evidence I was actually parked as both photos supplied I was driving !! Apparently I was 46 mins over - but both photos driving !? However I know I was there that day shopping in both Morrisons and town and cannot deny I maybe was or wasn?t over but offered to pay the initial first fee that was apparently sent to me but returned ( this would be as I don?t live there anymore ) furthermore DVLA traced my new address again at a charge to the company albeit all my doucument and insurance and licence are all registered to my new address so how they sent it to my old is beyond me . Yet they point blank would not accept my offer to pay the first charge they apparently sent ! I think more needs to be done regarding these in proportionate charges and robbery ! Be warned don?t park here any longer than an hour take photos of your own car and time and don?t trust this car park . As I said I did park there but seriously cannot remember the time frame being that long and the photos are not fair proof as I was in car driving not parked albeit the camera they say is at that location . What has our world come to . I paid this fee as do not like being bullied and threatened with court fees but I am almost tempted to change my shopping elsewhere which is very sad for local support .

Called into the cafe at 5pm one evening. Virtually empty with only 3 or 4 tables in use. Ordered on line and sat down and waited.... and waited ..... and waited. 35 minutes in total we waited. When the food came one burger was like cardboard and was barely luke warm. The other 3 lasagna? Well, just tasteless, not very warm and really disappointing. £27 for this with no drinks. AWFUL, Sheer awful. If anyone starts a petition for a desperately needed Wetherspoons in Wetherby, count me in.

I ate here today with two colleagues and was made a show of and highly embarrassed. We paid 23 pound for 3 breakfasts and asked what coffee I wanted which I replied black. The manager came running over and said I took what I didn't pay for and coffee with milk was another 30p. She continues to shout at me in front of other customers and I said I would pay the extra. When I sat down she continued to talk loudly about me to staff and customers and finally said HOW DARE THEY. I work in criminal justice and I am visually impaired and never felt so degraded. My next business trip I'll go elsewhere.

Really disappointing visit. The cafe wasn't very full, but we still waited over an hour for food with our very hungry children. When we politely asked whether they could give us an estimate of the remaining time we would have to wait, the initial response was, 'well I'm not the one cooking the food'. Others also complained and asked for a manager but were told they had to go to customer services. The food was definitely not worth the wait!

My Wife and I were on holiday in Harrogate and we called at Wetherby on Wednesday 20th October, 2021. It was raining very hard and we were looking for somewhere to have a lunchtime snack. We parked on Morrison's car park and ran for cover from the heavy rain. We noticed that Morrison's had a cafe and decided to visit. The food was fairly limited but we enjoyed what we ordered. The staff were helpful with good service and could not fault the place. Enjoyed our visit.

Waited 50 minutes for breakfast, 1 coffee machine was broke and the other machine was only offering black coffee at one point, both my partner and i had an egg, mushroom and black pudding missing but after waiting 50 minutes for it and seeing the only 3 staff running around with no support i didnt fancy complaining we just wanted to eat and go. With a few more staff for support the experience could of been alot better!!
