Visited yesterday in Wetherby. Big mistake. Never been before and will not use Morrisons again.Didn't know where anything was and looking in what looked like the dishwasher products asked a staff member for d/w powder. She glanced down one isle then the next. Said I don't know and walked away.How helpful is that.

Nice selection of products , clean and airy , beware of limited time parking if you need to shop and use their Caffè which has very reasonably priced menu .

Did my first Click & Collect shop today and was very impressed. Only one substitution, which was fine and I clicked on the ?I am here? button on the email receipt and the shopping order was brought out very quickly. Will definitely use it again as there is no charge.

Big Morrisons store in Wetherby. Well laid out with lots of deals. Staff very attentive and friendly. Good quality especially in tge fresh foods and lots of choice throughout the store. Just what I expected.While there I also treated myself to a breakfast and coffee in the very well looked after cafe. Great food at a very reasonable price. Staff here also very helpful and friendly.

Never any human tills open and self service I?d an absolute nightmare with limited staff to verify age restriction items.

Shopping is really difficult with staff doing their best to help us but the entire store is being refitted and items take forever to find. Certainly what has been refitted is spotless and easy to handle but the larger taller shelves are problematic for older shoppers. I am prepared to put up with the constant changes but when it's finished who knows?

The car park was absolutely gridlocked, for reasons unknown, drivers were getting frustrated, i saw elderly couple in their car visibly upset as they couldn't get out of thier parking bay, customers were blasting horns and drivers were getting frustrated and angry, I had been sat in my parking bay lane for 30 mins when i saw a morrisons member of staff, I asked if he could get the management to help clear the car park so people could get out his response was "i've asked him , he won't come out, its not our car park", if that is the case it is a absolute disgrace, these people were morrisons customers in their car park, and the management could not care less, all it needed was some staff to help clear the lanes ,people couldn't get into parking bays as cars were queuing in the lanes waiting to get out, it took me an hour and 15 minutes to get out of the car park, but the attitude of managers was appalling.

Asked for coffee latte paid 2.80 received coffee latte with very little coffee taste.staff gave-a me another shot to add it was very weak .Hellen agreed .On asking for refund staff told me to go to customer service I did get my refund but a lot of agro staff need training on how to make coffee on a new machine and be more professional to customers as Aldi not far away.very disappointed.

Absolute mayhem in there. It's taking them ages to reorganise it. The self service tills are really tricky to deal with, we had to use one because too few staffed tills were open. If they want to be a serious supermarket they need portable customer scanners asap. Like many of our neighbours we are off to M&S or Waitrose or Tesco. Morrisons will have to offer some good deals to get us back.
