genuinely the loveliest opticians I have ever been to. It was my first time going here for new glasses and it was such a welcoming, personalised experience. The optician was so kind and helped me pick out my glasses even though I am very indecisive!! And then after trialling my new glasses I went back to get a lens change before I went back to university and the lady who helped me (unsure of her name) was so so kind and helpful, and managed to get them all sorted in time for back to school!! I would highly recommend, every experience with the staff here has been so lovely!!

This was my first visit to vision express and I was very happy with the service I received. The staff were friendly and professional. A lovely lady spent a long time helping me choose the right glasses. I left feeling very satisfied with my experience.

Excellent experience all round. Can get an appointment at short notice. Spacious shop. Attentive and friendly staff. Personal online tracking so you can see how far along your order is from order, to delivery to shop. Wouldn't use anywhere else. Recommend.

My experience not very good I ordered one per of reading glasses and one per of distance when I picked then up they both distance im have to make a 18 mile trip back to pick up my reading glasses this should no have happened disappointed

I received great service at Vision Express in Wetherby. The optician gave plenty of attention and time to my eye test and explained everything to me. I never felt rushed. The staff member front of house was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I will be using this opticians in future.

I visited Vision Express in Wetherby in October 2021 for an eyesight test and new spectacles and was very happy with the service. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful throughout. This is the second time I have used Vision Express and I can certainly recommend them.

Great experience. Haven't been for an eye test for a few years. They looked at everything, really reassuring. No pressure sales on glasses unlike other big retailers SS!!!

2 pairs of glasses ordered, get informed to go to collect and 1 pair is correct the the other pair is wrong frame, wrong perscription so another order and have to wait and 22 mile round trip when they turn up. No one checked order before hand
