Went to buy a paper a lottery ticket and collect £3-80 winnings\\nGave this extremely rude woman my ticket and asked for a lucky dip\\nShe mumbled something about doing it separately\\nCame back with ticket and asked for the money for that and the paper.I mentioned about my winnings and the abrupt reply was she said she had to do it separately but proceeded to the next till where she could do it all together.I tried to make light of this but got no reply.\\nWhy work in customer service if you are going to be like this?\\nThere was no need to be like this I shall be going to Morrisons in future.\\nAt least they give the impression of wanting to be doing the job they are getting paid for.

Staff more interested in talking to each other than serving customers

Always find the staff very friendly can not believe the rude comments people post on here if your not happy with a service don?t slander and call people out simply go elsewhere as some of these comment could be upsetting to some. People should be showing respect to staff during the current pandemic as if it wasn?t for these staff members it wouldn?t be open, everyone is entitled to an opinion and in my opinion no one should be describing people by hair colour, age etc ?#BEKIND rant over

Disgusting customer service today from woman with glasses and grey/yellow hair serving at fuel /less than 4 items till.\\nNeeds training on how's too speak to Customer's like asking for nectar card, asking if they want a receipt and then tutted because I presented nectar card to the machine instead of swiping it.... To which I told her you work here I don't you ask the questions for what's required!\\nSpend some of the fuel profit that all of a sudden is zooming up on employee training.

Extremely rude member of staff (old woman, grey hair and glasses) has been unnecessarily rude to myself and other people on a number of different occasions i have experienced. Signage for queuing due to COVID was unclear and pointed to queue a different way than they wanted you to queue and upon approaching payment she was extremely rude when explaining this and very patronising. Get rid of her and make sure your signage is clearer next time :)

Ignore the 11pm closing time for the petrol station, been three times now between 10.45pm and 10.50pm and the pumps are sweat already locked up. I work late and can't get there any earlier, unlike the staff here I can't leave work early.

Very helpful, handy, well stocked and friendly convenience store, surprised this Sainsburyâ??s local has received negative comments, they canâ??t be locals! I canâ??t speak more highly of it.

Person who served me was on a completely different planet gave a sarcastic comment because he picked up the wrong cigs then tried to insist that's what I asked for I have never bought that brand let alone knew of them until now....
He needs to be in the back pushing cages around not anywhere near customers at the front of house if that's his normal attitude. The manager which I assume as he had a shirt and tie was stood maybe 8ft away either did not hear or care.
Try the self serve here if you have to visit does a better job unless you want anything age restricted be ready to tested by the staff.
Worst Sainsbury's visit by far
