How do staff get away with being so rude to customers, as if it?s a completion!My goods were run through the till, and cashier waited silently without saying ?that?s £4:99 please? ??I then presented my card, he remained silent?.. I walked away?. Silent?.. no, ?thank you? ? nothing.He couldn?t have made it feel more awkward if he tried, and I seriously hope this is addressed with him (served at 17:45 on 19/09/24).

Unhelpful staff, not interested when products fall below expected quality. Over charged on numerous occasions where they don't update the price tickets to match actual price. Always long queue. Disappointed now they don't do evri collect and drop off service. Even more reason now for me not to use this shop.

Did not honour the prices on display on multiple occasions. Items marked at clearance prices rang up at full price - even when said clearance prices were removed from the display to allow the teller to scan them more easily / see that they were real. Was keen to have those good deals, but more often than not, they're not real, or someone forgot to update the prices internally.

A good sized local co-op with a handy car park just out front.Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Nice store, with welcoming staff and organised store , a few stock spaces , but this is explained by notices, due to lack of hgv drives and improving difficulties.The pavement outside store is a little dangerous as the slabs have a fair bit of movement on some of them and the rubbish bin outside store needs emptying .

Normally I have no problem with this Co-op as I use it to send my Hermes Parcel and the staff are normally friendly about it. The staff normally do try and help with the utmost customer service. However, today I had an appalling experience with a staff member who was unhelpful and rude. He refused to supply me with a small bit of sellotape where I could see he had right next to him, on the grounds of that he was too busy! The last time I came in I had a wonderful staff member who was totally understanding. Not impressed.
