I find this pharmacy very convenient as near where I live, but as somebody who has bad anxiety and panic attacks YOU need to update your website as once again after arriving you are not open until 2pm

Absolutely dreadfull, lack of stock, a complete health and saftey violation with boxes and crates everywhere, staff lacknthe most basic of manners and skills to even do the job. Calls into question if some of the staff are even qualified

Complete waste of time. Given me wrong medicine. Had to pay again for correct ones. Would never go in and deal directly with them again. They are useless.

Ment to open at 7 but you ring you get no response my meds pills are never ready on time even if they have had your prescription 2 day before you still got to wait I find the service very poor and charging 5 pound a month to have your med delivered is discussing when living is very high

It says on website and on door on arrival that they are open til 9:30pm and have phoned and been down 7:30pm and the door is locked I tried to ring again and knocked on the door to no avail! If not open then don?t advertise that you are or put a note on the door to say otherwise !

Starting using them for all prescriptions as they have amazing opening times, open in the evening and weekends - perfect for people who work full time. Used many times and never had a problem.

Would put no stars. Went to pick up my prescription only for them not to beable to find it. When it was finally found they told me I'd already picked it up. When I said I hadn't they said well someone else who knows your date of birth then. I have no other family in Calne apart from my husband who works full time and had come with me to pick up my prescription.Clearly they have made a mistake and someone else has taken my prescription or they made an admin error. I am now left with no anti depression tablets and have postnatal depression because they don't believe me and refused to help.

Made my wife and son (a baby, less than 1 year old) wait outside in the cold and rain for a prescription.Frankly put, that's unacceptable.
