It's a Bank Holiday and the Calne Post office web site state that they are open but not the case. Apparently they never open on a bank holiday. They need to ensure the website reflects this and is upto date. This would save wasted trips into the town.

OK post office and handy to have in the middle of Calne. Bit of a pain having to squeeze in & have shoppers trying to shop through the queue!
Be warned though-it closes at 12:30 on Saturday and is closed on Sunday so ignore the weird weekend times currently showing online. Best to check for weekdays too if these inaccuracies are any indication of hours! FYI Chippenham is showing as open on Sunday too but is not & closes at 5:30pm on Saturdays!!

It's a shame about the shared space, or lack of when its busy. However the staff are lovely, polite and always very helpful.

Very friendly and professional staff, however to place been shared with convenience store there is almost no space to que. Question can get rather long at times.
