Awful there seem to be no staff. One wanted ones burger to process down ones stomace. But I had to wait 30 mins +0.00 hours (Greenwich meantime). Iâ??m infuarated with this service. Never going to use this awful facility ever again . One has ended his rant!

Burger King apologise for the inconvenience caused by our inability to serve beef products because the boiler is broken (but you still managed to serve me a cup of hot tea?)?
On a par with KFC having no chicken to serve!

SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
The cashier is very special and canâ??t even compleate an order correctly, I ordered the pancakes and didnâ??t receive any Syrup, I also ordered a burger with a friend he paid less and got a bigger burger I paid more and got a smaller burger.
I tried to complain but the cashier is to stupid to listen so I then requested to speak to the manager but she got really salty and said it is not there problem.
TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER BY CALLING HEAD OFFICE!

The queue was very long here as it appeared they were cooking as they went. There were no milkshakes or hot drinks, while they still advertised them. The girl serving us was very nice but she had very long hair which wasn't tied back or had a hair net and posed a health and safety risk. I also ordered a burger with bacon and there was no bacon in it, which I find unacceptable given the time I was made to wait.
