My EE/BT experience was not enhanced by visiting the store. They tried to switch me from EE to BT, which I didn't want and didn't feel was a good deal for a customer of 17 years. Subsequently I have needed to telephone EE several times to try and sort it out. We will be reluctantly saying bye bye to our landline and probably end up with more bandwidth than we need on broadband. Roll on the integration of EE into BT. A pity as my experience when upgrading my mobile about a year ago in the store would have merited a 5 star review.

Used to really enjoy going into the stores (no matter which part of the country), now they all seem dull and lack of imagination (when it comes to fashion), as all the ranges are the same dull brands that they've used for years.85% defect (in some form)Occasionally you can find the odd item, but even comparing some of their other items to cost saving value, other shops (are at times) cheaper.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful as an older person and not being very tech savvy they were very patient and informative however all my data disappeared and EE completely ignored my complaints

Visited to take out a phone contract for my husband and myself. Manager not in the store, previously spoke with him, all went well until the assistant stated we could only have one phone on contract!!! Left immediately. Very poor service, the two assistants did not seem to know what they were doing. One was checking the procedures with the other one. Not at all impressed.

I popped in with my phone to get a check done on it because I thought it was faulty, but it checked out OK and I was told that the problem was just a poor signal area .Excellent result for me.
